YorStox are proud to be hosting the Kandt b.v. BriSCA F1 Stock Car Championship of the World at Northampton International Shaleway from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th September 2026.

Our thanks go to event sponsor Kandt b.v. for their support in bringing the biggest weekend in BriSCA F1 Stock Car racing to Northampton.

 Getting to Northampton๏ปฟ

The Kandt b.v. BriSCA F1 Stock Car Championship of the World takes place at:

Northampton International Shaleway
Brafield Road
Horton
Northampton
NN7 2BA

Northampton International Shaleway is located approximately 4 miles south-east of Northampton, between Brafield-on-the-Green and Horton.

With thousands of race fans expected across World Final weekend, we strongly recommend planning your journey in advance and allowing plenty of additional travelling time, particularly on Saturday 26th September – World Final Day.

 Travelling by Car

For those using satellite navigation, please use:

๐Ÿ“ NN7 2BA

The stadium is situated on Brafield Road/Horton Road, between the villages of Brafield-on-the-Green and Horton.

Northampton has excellent connections with the national road network, with the M1, A45, A43 and A428 providing access from different parts of the country.

From the North / M1

Fans travelling from the Midlands and the North should follow the M1 towards Northampton.

Northampton is served by several M1 junctions, including Junctions 15, 15A and 16. From the motorway, follow signs towards Northampton and then use your satellite navigation for NN7 2BA, following local signs and event traffic directions as you approach the stadium.

From the South / M1

If travelling north on the M1 from London, Milton Keynes and the South, Junction 15 provides access to Northampton via the A45.

Continue towards Northampton before following your satellite navigation towards Brafield/Horton and NN7 2BA.

From the East

The A45 provides a convenient route towards Northampton for fans travelling from areas including Wellingborough, Kettering and the A14.

Follow the A45 towards Northampton before continuing towards the Brafield/Horton area and following directions for NN7 2BA.

From Bedford

The A428 provides a route between Bedford and Northampton. From the Northampton area, continue towards Brafield-on-the-Green/Horton and follow your satellite navigation to NN7 2BA.

โš ๏ธ Final Approach

Please remember that the roads immediately surrounding Northampton International Shaleway are predominantly rural roads.

We ask everyone to:

  • Allow additional time for their journey.
  • Drive carefully through the surrounding villages.
  • Respect local residents.
  • Follow any temporary event signage.
  • Follow instructions from YorStox staff, security and parking marshals.
  • Expect increased traffic before and after racing, particularly on World Final Saturday.

Please do not rely solely on your sat-nav once you reach the immediate vicinity of the stadium. Any event traffic signage or instructions from officials should take priority.

 FREE Event Parking

Parking for the World Final weekend is FREE OF CHARGE.

A parking area will be provided for spectators attending the event.

With a large attendance expected, particularly on Saturday, please work with our parking team when you arrive. Vehicles may be directed to specific areas to make the best possible use of the available space.

Please park only where instructed and avoid blocking access routes, gateways or emergency access.

We recommend arriving in plenty of time. Further information regarding car park opening times and recommended arrival times will be published ahead of the event.

FREE Shuttle Bus

We appreciate that the distance between the parking area and stadium may be difficult for some spectators.

A FREE shuttle bus service will therefore be provided for those who struggle with walking.

If you or somebody in your party has difficulty walking from the parking area to the stadium, please speak to one of the YorStox team or parking marshals when you arrive and they will direct you to the shuttle service.

There is no charge to use the shuttle bus.

Please remember that this service is primarily being provided to assist spectators who would otherwise struggle with the walk to and from the stadium.

 Accessible Arrival

If you have mobility difficulties, please make our parking team aware when you arrive.

Our team will do their best to assist you and direct you appropriately.

The free shuttle bus will also be available for spectators who struggle with walking between the parking area and stadium.

We ask everyone to be patient with our staff and fellow spectators, particularly during busy arrival and departure periods.

Northampton Railway Station

For supporters travelling by rail, the nearest main railway station is:

Northampton Railway Station

The station has step-free access to all platforms and passenger assistance is available.

From Northampton Station to the Raceway

Northampton International Shaleway is not within practical walking distance of Northampton Railway Station, so you will need to arrange onward transport to the stadium.

A taxi is recommended for the final part of your journey.

Taxi facilities are available at Northampton Railway Station.

When booking or speaking to your driver, give the destination as:

Northampton International Shaleway
Brafield Road
Horton
