WELCOME TO THE TICKETING SYSTEM FOR Yorstox

Please read all the information below carefully before purchasing your tickets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

📧 After You Purchase

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive two separate emails:

  1. payment receipt
  2. Your official ticket containing your QR code

You must present the QR code email to gain entry to the event. QR codes can only be scanned and used once.

Tickets are not posted.
If you do not receive your ticket, please check your 
spam/junk folder.

It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for tickets not received due to incorrect information being provided.


⏰ Event Times & Availability

For full details of each event, please visit our events page.

  • All event times listed are approximate start and finish times.
  • Advance ticket sales usually end 24 hours prior to the event (some events may vary — please check our website for confirmation).
  • If you cannot see the event listed, advance ticket sales have ended.
  • Pay on the day is available for events.


🚪 Entry Conditions

All parties included within the same order must arrive together at the turnstiles to gain entry.


💳 Payment Information

Due to new regulations, some payments may require two-factor authentication via your bank’s online portal or app.

This process is outside of our control. If you experience issues, you will need to contact your bank directly.


❌ Refunds & Exchanges

We operate a strict no refunds or exchanges policy.

When purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to Yorstox Terms & Conditions, including our policy of no refunds or exchanges.

Please be aware of scammers selling tickets online. Third parties do not have permission to sell or resell our tickets. Purchasing from unauthorised sellers is against our Terms & Conditions and may result in refused entry.


🛡️ Optional Refund Protection

Refund Protection is available as an optional add-on at the time of booking.

This service is provided and administered by XCover. All claims are handled directly by them to ensure a seamless experience.

As stated above, Yorstox does not offer refunds directly. If you have purchased Refund Protection and need to make a claim, you must contact XCover directly, as we are unable to process refund requests.
