YorStox returns to Eddie Wright Raceway on Saturday 28th March for the Opening Night of 2026, with racing getting underway from 4pm.
The event features a superb line-up including BriSCA F1, BriSCA F2 (WCQR) and Hot Rods, promising an exciting start to the new season at the raceway.
Key timings, including stadium opening times and pit access details, will be announced shortly.
Driver Information
The Pit Office is located by the entrance gate used by cars entering the track. Once parked up, drivers must report there with their complimentary guests (for example, driver +1) to be processed and signed in. Please note that scrutineering cannot take place until this has been completed.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased in advance via www.YorStox.co.uk or on the day at the turnstiles, where cash and card payments are accepted.
Please note we are operating a new ticket system, so all visitors are encouraged to read the Terms and Conditions on the website before purchasing. At this stage, we do not expect the event to sell out.
Advance ticket holders will be admitted 30 minutes before pay-on-the-day customers.
Spectator Information
There is limited free car parking available at the stadium. Once full, visitors are asked to park considerately in the surrounding area, from where there will be a short walk to the venue.
Facilities at Eddie Wright Raceway include:
- A fully licensed bar
- A café
- Two covered stands
- One wheelchair-accessible stand
- One stand with limited seating
- Wheelchair and mobility scooter access via a tarmac walkway around the stadium
- Disabled toilet facilities
- A children’s play area
Visitors are welcome to bring deckchairs into the stadium.
Food and drink may also be brought into the venue, but please note that alcohol cannot be brought into the stadium.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times.
